Day 2:00 p.m, about 30 miles into the 45 mile day. I took a break right at Smoky Mountain Rd.

My favorite part of the trip, Day 2, 100 miles in, and I get to ride down the Kelly Grade on Smoky Mountain Rd. Views of Lake Powell (top left) and the Navajo generating station in Arizona. Plus the downhill was epic!

This little yellow trailer is the only place to get food in Big Water, UT. It’s at the High Desert Lodge.

After riding the Highway for 10 miles I was psyched to make it to camp before sundown! The end of my longest day ever – 60 miles.
